Submission Form Error but submit button works on second try

I have a submission form with various required fields at times when a user incorrectly inputs the correct form elements the form always fails...but when the user makes changes and some that should fail submission, like a missing name/address etc...the form submits and bad data is inputted . This does not happen every time as I was able to replicate this last night, but not today. Has anyone had similar issues with capsio submission forms?

Do you have hidden fields that are set as required? like required fields that relies on parameter for values?

Perhaps missing parameters may be causing the issue.
