Having app templates

Hi, is it possibly to create an app and save it as a template so that multiple instances of an app can be created? If so, is it possible to update existing instances in case the template got changed?

Hi @Martype! I don't think Caspio has that feature now, specifically saving apps as template. Maybe when you first start creating the base or needed objects of the app, duplicate the whole application first before adding records to the duplicated app. Kind of like, making a backup of the app that doesn't contain any data yet. You can keep the original blank/without any data and duplicate it again the next time you need a similar app.

Hey guys! I had this problem before and although @ParkLoey's suggestion is nice (I tried it too) it can be a hassle when you have limited allowance for account resources. What I did was every time I am done with a template (blank app), I create a backup through export option and just import it whenever I need to use the template
