Domain Verification using Google DNS

Hello,

I am trying to verify my domain and I'm using Google DNS. I have tried verifying it multiple times but the status is still pending verification even though I have waited for weeks. I have followed all the steps in this link: https://howto.caspio.com/notifications/email-notifications/verifying-email-and-domain/ but I  had no luck. I am using this sample format on my Google DNS setup:

Host Name->Type->Value

cas-k1._domainkey.company.com->CNAME->dkim1.caspio.com

cas-k2._domainkey.company.com->CNAME->dkim2.caspio.com

caspio111.company.com->TXT->dataValue

 

Anyone has an inputs or suggestions?

Hi Thead,

Since you are using Google DNS you don't need to include your domain name on your Host Name. You may try this below format on your Google DNS setup and see if it will work on your end.

Host Name->Type->Value

cas-k1._domainkey->CNAME->dkim1.caspio.com

cas-k2._domainkey->CNAME->dkim2.caspio.com

caspio111>TXT->dataValue

If it is still pending, try to check the CNAME and TXT status using a third-party application called MXToolbox.
