Signed up for Free, ended up with a Trial

Question

Watched some caspio videos and got excited with the interface and capabilities.

I am a freelancer and want to setup a POC to show a client, hopefully to convince them that Airtable is not the best solution. Can't share anything editable with clients.

But..

As soon as I sign up I'm told only 14 days left.  That might be enough for some kids to play, but it's not enough for a POC. I can't just drop everything else and focus on Caspio for 2 weeks to meet this deadline and lose all my work when it expires.

https://www.caspio.com/pricing/ still shows a Free plan, that's why I'm here, that's what I clicked on, so is this just another web app that keeps changing things from under your feet?  I only just signed up and I'm already wondering if there is any point in continuing with Caspio.

Where's the Free Plan gone? Why is it still advertised?

Hi @davemacac,

As far as I know, once you sign up for a trial account, there is a Solutions Consultant assigned to your account. They will be able to assist you in qualifying the need of your application and the time needed, schedule a demo to discuss your questions. If you don't know who it is, you may contact them here: https://www.caspio.com/contact-sales/ or schedule demo here: https://go.caspio.com/schedule-demo

There is always an ability to convert to a Free plan, however, Trial one gives a possibility to try more features. The conversion can be done in Account -> Change plan

Hello! Just to add to @sandy159's response, you check with the assigned Solution Consultant for your Free or Trial account so they can provide you better option on how you can take advantage or explore the features of Caspio.

You can also check these links to know more about Caspio.

Adding one here. They also have this link for a contact me form to their Sales team so somebody from them can reach out to you and you can discuss an extension of trial maybe if you need to finish your POC: https://www.caspio.com/contact-sales/

While Free plan does not have an expiry, the features are quite limited so planning to create a POC based on that is quite a mess.
