Passing Parameters brings same record everytime.

I am attempting to pass parameters from a Web Page to a Search and Report, asking it to return a single record straight to the details page.

The name of the parameter is [@RID]. Parameter sent is an Autonumber, Parameter received is [@RID].

The link is placed in the acknowledgement email and sent upon pressing submit. The language to provide the link is:

I have tried all kinds of variations ?RID=[@field:RID], ?Request_ID=[@field:RID],

?RID=[@field:Request_ID]

It brings back record #24. Always, no matter how many times I test it, I receive an email regarding RID#30 and the details page always brings up RID#24.

No clue why.

Help would be great!!!!

okay - how great is this...i figured it out...it works on my computer:

In the Search/Report where you receive these parameters in the filtering fields you need to make sure the parameter names are the same as what you have defined in the URL where you are passing them:

[@Request_ID]

[@Email_Requestor]

The format when passing parameter as query string is like this: HTPPS//: Link?RID=[@field:RID]&Request_ID=[@field:RID]
