How To Make A Weekly Report From A Daily Report For Acknowledgement Email?

After filling out this daily report a Acknowledgement mail is send to "Uitvoerder" and "Projectleider"

Thats almost 80 emails a day, thats to much.

 

Is it possible to make a weekly Acknowledgement mail based an last working day taht week, ore a fixed day like every Wednesday?

 

In the report I also use the weeknumber "week", Hours that week "Weekuren", Kind of week "Opmerking", days that week "Dagen" and Hours selected day "Dag uren".

You would need to have a single record for every Daily Report.

 

Then you could create a View of Daily Reports with the criteria: in the last 7 days, including today.

 

Then you can create a Scheduled Task that emails you the View on a schedule.

Ah, I thought you meant you had a way to schedule an email of an actual report rather than being emailed an excel (or other document type) file.
