Urgent help wanted with my DataPage: Reports Details!!

I want to select a field from anathor table. te fieldname is: MJOB Inspectiebrief File, its a file.

I want to do that with a virtual field, but I cant select an Parent field?

Please help.

With the Form element I only

Is it an image you want to show? If you want to get the path of the file that is stored to another table you can use SQL SELECT query

 

For instance:

SELECT [field name] FROM [table name] WHERE ...

MayMusic, thanks for the repley. Its a file i want to show from anathor table.

The standard table in the Datapage is: "RochdaleTotaal", the table name where the file is locatet is: CPL_Documentbeheer.

Dont inderstand the SQL Select, where do i do that?

Create a details page which has the file field included in. Get the app so you can create the image URL. It would be something like:  https://XXX.caspio.com/dpImages.asp?AppKey=c82f1000916c8bf1a78d4535acb2&file=XXXXX

the first XXX needs to be replaced with your Caspio domain and last one is the path which you need to get from another table. Create a cascading element if on submission or details and calculated field if on report page to get the name of the file and then use it to show the image.
