File Explorer popup to the correct folder

Is there some javascript we can add somewhere so that when the user clicks ‘Choose File’, we can direct the File Explorer popup to the correct folder where the documents are stored?

Fantastic question. I've been thinking about this myself and I can't come up with an answer.

I would love to direct the end user to a "template" folder where they can choose from template images and/or upload their own file.

Hopefully someone with extensive knowledge can answer your question.
