is it possible to put multiple values in a logic? I want to select all the records that are Criteria1 , Criteria2 ,Criteria3 and Criteria4.

Hi @HampasLOUpa.   You want to add multiple values for a Logic right? That's easy.

When you do your logic for a certain DataPage, Caspio allows you to put multiple values as a filter for a field (See full details here: https://howto.caspio.com/datapages/reports/search-and-filter-comparison-types/). If you have multiple criteria that you want to use in your logic, you can just do this:

Set you Logic to "AND".

Configure the filter criteria by setting the comparison to "Contains".

Next is to set the value. You can directly put multiple values instead of one criteria for each value. Put it like this:

"Criteria1 OR Criteria2  OR Criteria3  OR Criteria4 "

That way you won't have four of the same field for each of the criteria which usually is the cause of an error.

You can also add "New Criteria" equivalent to the number of values that you want to use. For example, let's say "Status" is your field and you have four values for that. In your "Configure Search Field" add 4 "New Criteria" . Then in your logic put an "OR" Operator next to the last field if you have other field. And then add the four criteria and then values. This should work well. Also the link provided is helpful.
