How to associate a value from another field in the same table then use it in RLS as a "matching field in lookup data source".

Say, I have a table (Users_tbl) I am using as RLS in my DataPage, then I have a field (text255) in this table which holds String value. I use that field to limit my user to access information in my DataPage. Now I want to associate another field to that field so I can add its value to allow access to my information.

My table:
Users_tbl
     Name
     ID
     Address
     Team Lead                         RLS field
     Management                    Value to add in RLS

 

Any help or suggestions would be so much appreciated. Thanks!!

You may try to use Formula field to concatenate values from two fields.

The formula field is available as a field for RLS.
