Creating Forms

I want my users to register to a form and after submitting it, there  will be a preview of the form that he has filled up. Then a confirmation if he really wants to submit. Is it clear? How will I do that?

I think what you need for this is a Single Record Update. You can just set your fields to "Display Only".

I think what you are trying to create is similar to the example at the link below, it is a Multi-Step form with a confirmation at the end.
