How to display information based in a yes/no field in reports DP

I have a reports DataPage that displays all the records in my table. However, in my case I would like to see only the approved information in my reports DataPage.

For example:

The user submits a new record then the admin will decide if its approved or not. If its approved it will show in the report, otherwise it won't be included.
