Fill Field with Default Data on a Results Page

Question

Hello,

We are using a Results Page to Edit, Delete, or Add certification requirements for a position. The Edit and Delete are working fine however our License and Certifications Admin had a request, Is it possible to fill our Company, Cost Center and Job Profile fields, in the Add row, with the data from the previous record? (See Attached)

Hello @bbeshlian,

With Caspio Standard features you can have a default value in one cell. To achieve it you can make one field hidden with the default value and use HTML block or Calculated field to display this value. Please see these screenshots for better understanding:

If you want to have default values from the previous record in the inline edit, it will require additional JavaScript.  My suggestion is to have a session with the PS (Professional Services) or MAS (Managed Application Services) team. They could build this functionality for you.
