Role21
I have a table which has so many records, over 5GB. I'm aware that there is a limit on exporting data. How can I be able to export that table? TIA.
0 JolliBeng
Hi @Role21, Yes, there is a limit of 1GB on manual export. You can try to create a Report DataPage and use that table as you data source. Then, enable the download option as Excel file. However, that might affect the performance of your application. -JolliBeng
0 Role21
Thank you for the workaround, JolliBeng! But, is there a way to directly download the table? Without creating a datapage?
0 JolliBeng
Hi @Role21, I don't think there's a way to do that. But, you can consult the Caspio Support team if you can request for them to do that from their back end. But I think, that would require additional fee. -JolliBeng
0 Role21
I see. I think I'll try your first suggestion since I have a tight budget. Thanks for your help!
0 RuisiHansamu
Hi, there is an available article that you can also refer to and follow the steps provided here: https://howto.caspio.com/files-and-images/bulk-file-import-and-export/#:~:text=Caspio allows up to 1 GB per export process. If your file size is bigger%2C try to export in multiple pieces.
