Is this a Reports DataPage? You may use a Calculated Field and then use Datediff function assuming that the Deadline Date is on your Caspio Table, as well.

 

For example:

Datediff(day, GetUTCDate(), target.[@field:Deadline]) 

target means it will get the field Deadline of that specific row/record

In tables, there are no sense of time. It basically just holds your data. If you want to update a field with a daily value such as timestamp, you need to use Application Tasks: Tasks - Caspio Online Help

Create a new task that is a timestamp and then populate it to a field of choice in a table and set the schedule to every 24 hours.
