DUE DAYS IN CASPIO DATAPAGE

Hello

Could any one tell me how to put days counter in CASPIO datapages. I have created a Task, I need to show due days in my table so that my students can submit assignment on time by looking on number of days remained. Can anyone help me with that?

Is this a Reports DataPage? You may use a Calculated Field and then use Datediff function assuming that the Deadline Date is on your Caspio Table, as well.

 

For example:

Datediff(day, GetUTCDate(), target.[@field:Deadline]) 

target means it will get the field Deadline of that specific row/record

In tables, there are no sense of time. It basically just holds your data. If you want to update a field with a daily value such as timestamp, you need to use Application Tasks: Tasks - Caspio Online Help

Create a new task that is a timestamp and then populate it to a field of choice in a table and set the schedule to every 24 hours.
