Record datapage with multiple related records showing below?

I've asked this in similar post but I think I want to ask it differently with a mock-up pic because it seems like such a simple concept, that it has to be possible. If not possible, how would you experts accomplish something similar ... pop-ups, or whatever? Anyone?

Just to confirm, when clicking on the requested Num, does it open the built in details page or a Separate Details Page?

You can do this workflow by adding iframe on your Details Page, just deploy that Reports DataPage with inline insert on the Details Page's HTML Block using iframe, and pass parameters using query string. You cannot do that when the link is to the built in Details page, so you will have to separate it
