How to send email on certain date?

Hello,

I want to implement an option where the notification is sent to company representative 30 days after the customer has submitted the application. Is it possible to do this in Caspio using triggered actions or tasks? If it is, what would be the best way to do it?

You may want to try this setup as well:




Directly comparing a date/time value and timestamp is difficult since the timestamp includes hh:mm:ss so it is better to just check if the difference of days between the timestamp and then intended date/time is 0.

I figured this out, thorough difference in days between Enrollment date and today.

For those who are still looking what this setup would look like in a Task. See below screenshot:

Basically, you would need a Task that will run Daily, and will constantly check if your date + delay (how many days after the submission date should the email be sent) is the same to the current date (timestamp).
