Excel Import

I'm trying to import a simple one row of test data and one row of column names. It gives me an unknown format message. I've tried using .xls, xlsx, even csv. Nothing works. I've read the forum messages and there is no clear cut solution. What's the secret?

Does the first row contain any data? If no, please add a data and try to import again.

Caspio Bridge can import data files in the following formats:

• Microsoft Access files (.mdb and .accdb, all tables data types and relationships)
• Microsoft Excel files (every worksheet)
• CSV (Comma Separated Values)
• Tab Delimited text
• Fixed Width text
• Caspio Bridge XML (every setting)
• Custom XML
