Multiple Logins Required?

I have an authentication set up so that my team members must sign in to access their apps from a menu we've created on our website.  

 

Previous to about a week ago, they would log in once and every app would open for them.  Now, it seems they have to sign in to every app (multiple logins) and it's very frustrating.

 

Does anyone know of a change to authentications that took place, and is there a workaround for this?

This might be caused by new release which includes some security updates.

As far as I know, now you need to change http with https in the authentication.

Thanks....I'm not sure if that's it or not.  I'm consistent in that all of our apps run as http.  I'm stumped.

As far as I know, due to security reasons all DataPages that are assigned with an Authentication are deployed with enforced encryption over HTTPS, even if the correspond checkbox is not checked.

You can verify it, if you compare the code of a DataPage that is assigned with an Authentication and the code of a DataPage that is not assigned with any Authentication.

 

A DataPage maybe embedded  with enforced encryption over HTTPS on a regular webpage, that uses the "HTTP" protocol.

Make sure that Enable cross app login is enabled in the Authentication. 

Also, deployment codes must be the same for all the deployed DataPages. Since Caspio Release 8.5, they highly recommends enabling Account Subdomains.

It is best to redeploy all existing Caspio DataPages to avoid a mix of old and new deployment codes in your applications. Mixed deployment codes can cause usability issues such as preventing cross-app logins.

Hi there,  may you please try to change the 'login redirection on success' in your Authentication? You may check it out here for your reference: https://howto.caspio.com/authentications-and-connections/authentication/authentication/#:~:text=Login redirection on success – With this option you can designate a page as the home page of your app. Once the user successfully signs in you can redirect them to the page they need to go next. This is a good way to avoid multiple login forms on the same page.
