How to store look up table "Field for display" for later use?

I have a field taken from a Dropdown. The source is a lookup table. From drop down I set "name" to Field for display and "email" to Field for value.  Later on I need to use the string in the Field for display, e.g. use the "name" in the email. Is it possible?

Which one you want to save to the table? If you want to save email then you need you can add a virtual field, form element cascading textfield and parent would be the name dropdown and since you have email ad value you need to filter by email. Hide this cascading using HTML Tags

Hi! Would also like to add here that as long as there is a relationship between the tables, there is an option to use the display value. This is at least in DataPage level email
