Hi,

If the the fields are from two different tables, you do need to create a relationship for you to be able to pull those data.

Here are the steps:

1. Create a relationship between the tblWashInfo and tblTrailer. To do that, you must have a field that is similar to both tables. Let's assume that the similar field is "license plate number". You may want to visit the following links first.

Online Help Center:  https://howto.caspio.com/tables-and-views/relationships

Create a One-to-Many Relationship — Child Forms and Child Reports in Caspio: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sgIaAeZxmy8

Database Relationships (Part 2 of 3) - One-to-Many Relationships:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IstAk982ntA

2. After creating the relationship, the next thing to do is to create your view.  Just follow the instructions on how to create a view in this link: https://howto.caspio.com/tables-and-views/what-are-views/

3. If you are using a Report DataPage, then you just have to use it as the Data Source.

4. If you are using Submission DataPage, then use a cascading element . Please see Cascading Element articles here: https://howto.caspio.com/datapages/datapage-components/cascading-elements/
