I have multiple DataPages deployed on my website, I have made a new DataPage that I would like to use. Is there a way I can just update the DataPages that I have without having to Redeploy / re-embed my new DataPages to my web page?

Sure. Just "Edit" the DataPage that is already deployed and mimic it to be like your new DataPage. Just because a DataPage is embedded somewhere does not mean you can't change it. Simply make the old datapage look like the new one and it should update on the site you have it deployed at.

Yes. In order to achieve that you may use the 'Replace' feature.

Below is the step by step:
1. Make sure select the new version of the DataPage:  http://prntscr.com/lwnhkn 
2. Click 'More' then select option 'Replace':  http://prntscr.com/lwnhyj
3. Then select the DataPage that you want to replace with the new one: http://prntscr.com/lwnicg
4. After that refresh your page for you able to see the result.
