World of Warcraft: Caspio Guild Applications

I'm looking for advice by someone who has played the MMORPG World of Warcraft.  I'm the Guild Master of Exalted Reputation.  I'm looking for a way to add an application process, roster, and forums to our guild website.  I would prefer if they were completely integrated. For example: If someone applied to the guild and was accepted they would automatically have access to the roster and forums.  After looking at the app templates I thought Caspio might be able to help achieve my goals. The recruitment management template could serve as the application process. The membership directory could serve as the roster. I did not see any templates that could serve as a public forum. However, I believe Caspio has the ability to create one.

Any advice would be appreciated, cheers!

I think this depends upon what that public forum is trying to achieve. In some cases, Caspio does have a certain feature which you can use but in some, it may require custom codes or in some cases complex ones. Well, for you to better understand Caspio, I think they have their trainings and other stuff that you can utilize. I believe it's here https://www.caspio.com/training. They are conducted during the weekdays and they are free. 

There are also some features that you may want to check such as Authentication, API Integration, etc. at https://howto.caspio.com.

Also, I think it is better if you try to fill out the form of their Professional Services team at https://www.caspio.com/services/professional-services/

That is doable but will require some complex functionalities I believe. If you don't have time and resources to build this app, you may want to consider @OppaShinJoonYoung suggestion. To contact Professional Services. They provide custom application development based on the well-defined requirement.
