The Average of Calculated Average

I'm setting up an evaluation system and need some help.  I have 5 scores per evaluation and have already set up an average score for each evaluation submitted.  Now I would like to get an overall average for each individual, each department and company overview.  I need the calculations to adjust for ongoing evaluations and is there a way to calculate only submitted values so scores on the evaluation can be left blank if they don't apply?

Please send a screenshot of your table relationships and elaborate on that what you are trying to achieve

You may have to use Triggers since  you need the calculations to adjust for ongoing evaluations and filter out only the submitted values but we need more information on your workflow to further understand your issue.

You may need to create a separate DataPage for each reporting aggregation (i.e. Monthly, Yearly)

As for per individual, departments, company overview, looks like you just need to setup the correct filter to the processed Data
