Hey there, just wanted to share this forum topic that is similar to your case. Also, according to Caspio support/s deleting a file via Trigger would not be possible as it is a system limitation. On the other hand there is another way via REST API but I am not quite sure if there is a guide for this topic.  In addition, there is an article  in Caspio about Orphan file cleanup that may help you out instead, feel free to visit it here: https://howto.caspio.com/files-and-images/orphan-file-cleanup/ Hopefully, this gives you an idea or something to come up with. :) Cheers! :D

I'm afraid that Task and Triggered Actions cannot use File fields so we cannot use them for this workflow. However, if you would do this for one time use only, (like for just cleaning or detaching the files on multiple records), we can try converting the file fields into text 255.  instead of files, the value of the field will be replaced by its directory. We can then use task to remove those that has a specific value then just convert them again to file field when done.

text255 fields that has a valid directory will be converted again into a their actual file.
