What limits are there on Caspio free edition? How many datapages can I create?

Hi 

I am trying out Caspio datapages building  but it seems I am running into errors : This DataPage belongs to Caspio Account which has exceeded one of its usage limits. Please ask your administrator to increase the limit for Caspio Account. (Caspio Bridge error) (50522)

 

How can I resolve this?

Hello @Luisakwa,

This error occurs when one or more resources (for example emails, storage or data transfer) utilized by your DataPages has reached its daily or monthly limits. 

If you want to increase the limits, upgrade your account to a higher plan or just enable the DataPage, I would suggest contacting Caspio Support for assistance.

Hello @Luisakwa,

One of the common issues about that error is exceeding your daily SMS/Email limit. I also encountered that issue and you can contact the support or your account manager to upgrade your limit.

No upgrades can be done if under Free accounts as per their support (believe me, I also tried) and the data records limitations are so few. Also, you might want to be careful regarding the daily limit as your account may get tagged as abuser account and get deleted.
