Triggered Actions limitations at scale

Is there any limit to the amount of volume Triggered Actions can handle? Or any drawbacks to using Triggered Actions in a high volume situation?

 

I want to use "On Insert' actions to create notification records. Basically would cross reference who should receive a notification on record insert and create a record in the notifications table for each user.

Each triggered action can manipulate up to 10,000 records.

In regards to this, you will also need to take into account the triggers on another table whenever you have trigger blocks that causes an activity to another table that also has a trigger
