Error Message - Your Imported File Content Was Not Recognized.

Hi - I am trying to import an excel file into caspio and am getting the following error message

 

Your imported file content was not recognized. Learn more about importing in Caspio.

 

I have cleaned up the file, created a test file w/ only 100 entries from the original file I wanted to upload and tried the smaller file, and still unable to import the file. I cleaned the cache as that suggestion was included in a previous error message.

 

Any suggestions appreciated.

What format this file have?

Could you please provide this file for investigation?

Did anyone sort this out?  I have a problem where the file is not able to be imported into caspio but is opened by excel with no problem.  Curious if others see this issue with excel files.

Getting this same message today while attempting to import a .xlsx file.  I import that file type all the time with no error message, as well as files with similar content.

I have experienced this error as well and I created a support ticket. Their support stated that the error was checked and resolved by their internal team. After that, I was able to import it on my account. 

If you still encounter this error, I believe you should also reach out to their support.

Additionally, you may also try to reimport the file in other browsers or clear your browser's cache and check if you will still encounter the error.

If you have a large number of files or data that exceeds 1GB, you can export them in bulk and have them in a zip file. Please note that Caspio allows up to 1 GB per export process. If your file size is bigger, try to export in multiple pieces.

Just to give more information about this error, it is also displayed when I am trying to import an image file using the Import feature. I found out that one of the solutions to import a single image file is to go to 'All Assets' > Files > Then, click the 'Upload File' button.

 IF I need to upload multiple image files, that is the case where I will use the import feature but I need to follow an instruction from this article:

Hi there, I have an update and tried something on my end. It seems that when uploading a file or PDF files is not applicable in the normal impor process but it can be much manageable when uploading it in the all assets folder under Files section. Here is a quick screenshot for anyone's reference:
