I can write a little JS, but I don't know anything about servers. Is CASPIO a good platform for me to use? Are they the best development tool? Once you have the app, are their IT services valuable? For small customizations, you can contact support and if you need you can also ask for managed application services. Then you will get an assigned rep who will be taking care of your requests. Because I am on a paid plan, I always experience a timely response from the Support Tickets I opened and live chats. Also, I kept in mind that their training and support are only a small part of my overall account plan. What about the basic and advanced features that they gave me? It's totally worth it!
