I have found this service very useful to connect to many third party apps and it is very affordable. I have already integrated it with ClickSend as SMS provider and it works really well. This only requires for you to install the app on your mobile devices, for me, I am using an IOS Device which I tried to install on an Apple App Store. Then, you can use a US phone number using that application. This would be very helpful for Non-US Phone numbers since the feature on SMS trigger only supports US and Canada. However, if you have a Grow plan and higher, you can also consider integrating to a third party tool/app such as twilio and any other apps that can be integrated to Caspio.
