SinJunYoung
You can insert this code into your footer: <SCRIPT LANGUAGE="JavaScript"> /* "fieldName" is the variable name for the listbox type form element field. */ var fieldName = "EditRecordFieldNameHere"; var x=document.getElementsByName(fieldName); x[0].multiple=true; </SCRIPT> DesiLogi
kpcollier
Hey Jones, check out the List Datatype. It lets you write out your options in the table, allowing users to select more than one. Here's an article on it. https://howto.caspio.com/tables-and-views/data-types/list/ KPC
SinJunYoung
Hi @kpcollier, I think that only applies for List Data Types and is not applicable when you are using a common Text DataType only. The JavaScript that I have replied needs to be applied in the footer as well, and is applicable to the Text Datatype.

He states he is using a text datatype in the original post. It sounds like he wants to be able to select multiple options from a dropdown to record in the record. In that case, List String Data Type would work. Just like the example in the HowTo article, if a patient has more than one allergy, they can select more than one option in the dropdown.
