Yes/No Checkbox

I have a tabular reports form. I have a checkbox that displays whether an employee has an active or an inactive status.

When I display it in the Results, it displays "Yes" or "No". But I want them to display "Active" or "Inactive", and maybe create colors such that it will display Red when Inactive and Green when active.

Hello Batchini!

You can actually modify it on the Formatting of your Checkbox.

 

Go to the results Page, change the formatting to something else. You can create custom Values, and maybe change the color according to your preference.

It should look like this:

Hi there! Adding here a forum post I saw that shows an icon with different colors depending on the value of the Yes/No field so you have another option:

Hello Everyone, found out that when using a checkbox the statement is (Field = 0 or 1) when used in a formula and (Field = true) when used in a trigger/task. Hope this helps!
