  1. Hi, just to update this post and add in the previous comment above. Yes, by default we cannot call a formula field inside a formula field however you can copy the whole formula that you have in your other formula field so that it can still perform the calculation that you would like. For example: Formula 1: [@field:field1] + [@field:field2] Formula 2: [@field:field2] + [@field:field3] In your other formula field you can use the following formula; ([@field:field1] + [@field:field2]) / ([@field:field2] + [@field:field3])
  2. Just to update this post and add in the previous comment above, you may use CASE STATEMENT on this workflow: CASE WHEN [@field:Dropping_Unit] != ' ' THEN SELECT COUNT(Dropping_Unit) FROM CH_tbl_Base WHERE District= target.[@field:DistrictName] ELSE 'Your other condition when the field has blank values' END
  3. Hi, As I understand your workflow, you want to extract the text "Code" in the word "Code_Description", right? If that is the case, you may try this formula: SUBSTRING([@field:Code_Description],0, CHARINDEX('_',[@field:Code_Description]))
  4. Hi, Here's another way to extract the "Code" text in your feild: SUBSTRING([@field:Code_Description],0, CHARINDEX('_',[@field:Code_Description]))
  5. Hi, just to update this post. It seems that the function that you will need is "Right(string, length)"since you will be getting the last number from the right which is 5. You may consider this workaround: Right((CONVERT(VARCHAR, ([@field: Fieldname]))),1) Just change the field name based on the calculated field that you are using.
  6. Hi, just to add in the previous comment above, it seems that this workflow is possible using Triggered Actions. You can simply add a field(like a checkbox) at the end of your submission that once it is click then a trigger will fire to send an email. You may check this link about triggered actions: https://howto.caspio.com/tables-and-views/triggered-actions/

  10. Hi, just to add in the previous comments above, you can also have a field and set the form element of that field to Calculated Value so that you can store/save its result to the table. In a addition as well with to the triggered action workaround, you may consider checking this video:
  11. Hi @JayDub, that is good to know. However, one problem with it is once you will print/view it in a PDF format, it will only print the first page even if you still have another page for some records. My solution to that is to maximize the number of records that will show in your tabular report so that it will be included in one page printing of your details page.

  14. Hi, just a suggestion. It would be better if you will click save first before redirecting it to a new page. The save button will be the trigger that once it is click it will go to the new page. You may check this post as well:
  15. You mentioned that you are using iframes in your DataPages like embedding a DataPage inside of another DataPage, right? Have you tried to check if you are passing/receiving the parameters correctly in the iframes? I encountered one issue in the past that It doesn't load the records in the PDF even if it is showing in the report, what I have done is checked the iframe deployment code if it passes/receives the parameter correctly.
  16. Just to add in the previous comment above, you may also consider checking Caspio's Function Reference, it is where you can see different formulas that you can use inside Caspio Bridge like the Round function: https://howto.caspio.com/function-reference/

  22. Just to add some additional information. In Caspio Release 25, you may now use unicodes. Caspio now supports Unicode symbols so you can display emoji characters and other symbols directly in your apps. They can be used in Tables, Views, DataPages, Email/SMS Notifications, Localizations, Formulas, Triggered Actions and Application Tasks. The supported symbols are listed at https://unicode.org/emoji/charts/full-emoji-list.html.

You may try to implement this kind of workflow in your rating app. Like you may add stars and other unicodes in your criteria.
